Our Story.
Gleam Guru Cleaners began with Sean “Thiswae” Harris’s determination to build a way out of hard times by putting a lifelong skill to work.
Sean’s attention to detail developed under difficult circumstances. As a child experiencing abuse from his stepfather, he was expected to keep the family home “spotless,” with cleaning often used as punishment. Those experiences were painful, but Sean chose to reclaim the skill he had developed and turn it into something he could offer others with care, confidence, and pride.
That expertise became the foundation of the Guru Standard, his personal approach to thorough cleaning, close attention to overlooked details, and checking the finished work. For Sean, cleaning is more than a job. It is an ability he has carried throughout his life and deliberately built a business around.
As Gleam Guru grows, he is instilling those same standards and that determination in every passionate Guru who joins the team. His goal is for each person to understand why the details matter and bring that commitment into every space they clean.
Gleam Guru’s story is about turning a difficult beginning into purposeful work and earning the trust of clients who want their homes and businesses cared for by people who take that responsibility personally.
